Who we are

Feesible (“we”, “us”) is a Shopify app that helps merchants configure, calculate, and display fees, surcharges, deposits, and service charges. This policy describes how we handle information when you install and use Feesible.

Information we access and store

Feesible accesses only the store data needed to configure, calculate, and display fees:

• Products — create and manage internal fee products and variants, and apply fee rules to selected products or collections.
• Shopify Functions — Cart Transform — calculate and apply configured fees in the cart and checkout.
• Online Store — display fee information through Feesible theme app blocks or app embeds.

We store fee rules, display settings, billing/plan state related to the app, and Shopify session tokens needed to operate the embedded admin for each shop. Feesible is not designed to store customer personal information (such as names, addresses, or payment details) beyond what Shopify itself processes in cart and checkout.

How we use information

We use store and app configuration data only to provide the Feesible service: syncing fee configuration to Shopify Functions, showing fees in cart/checkout/theme surfaces, and supporting merchants. We do not sell merchant or customer data.

Data retention and uninstall

Uninstalling Feesible immediately revokes the app’s access to your Shopify store. Stored application data for that shop is deleted when Shopify sends the mandatory shop/redact compliance webhook, which typically occurs within 48 hours after uninstall. Until that webhook is processed, residual configuration may remain on Feesible’s servers solely for app operation and compliance handling.
